FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY ZAREX.COM: Zarex.com accepts only MasterCard® and VISA® charges for internet, FAX and telephone orders. Zarex.com accepts personal checks and money orders for orders sent by mail. All checks and money orders must be payable in U. S. Dollars and must be negotiable at a U.S. bank. Zarex.com does NOT ship retail orders COD or collect, nor do we ship retail orders on an open account.

WHEN DOES SHIPMENT OCCUR / WHEN ARE CHARGE CARDS CHARGED?: With rare exception, orders are processed on the date stated on the front page of the zarex.com webstore at the time the order is placed. This date is updated frequently. With rare exception, Zarex.com processes (charges) a customer's MasterCard® or VISA® account not more than 24 hours prior to the date of shipment, and usually processes charges on the same date as shipment.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY?: Zarex has an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased from Zarex.com. If a product is reported as defective, the customer may request a replacement or a refund. When replacement is requested, Zarex may replace it only if additional inventory is available to supply the replacement; otherwise, Zarex shall issue a refund of the product purchase price. Zarex will refund the full purchase price of products returned within 30 (thirty) calendar days from date of receipt; however, shipping charges are NOT refundable. When a refund is issued, Zarex.com credits the customer for the refund amount to the same charge card account as was used to place the order.

HOW DO WE SHIP?: Zarex.com ships all orders to USA addresses by Priority Mail (United States Postal Service). Zarex.com ships all orders to Canada by First Class Mail. To all other countries, Zarex.com ships by Global Priority Mail, and when Global Priority Mail is not available to the destination country, Zarex.com ships by Air Mail.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?: Zarex.com has a flat postage fee that is applied to each order, regardless of the size of the order. This flat rate is $5.00 (US) for orders going to addresses in the USA and Canada, and $10.00 (US) for orders going elsewhere.

WHAT TYPES OF TAXES AND DUTIES ARE APPLICABLE ON MY ORDER?: The only taxes and/or duties paid by USA customers are when customers receive their order in the State of Indiana, and in this case, a 6% (six percent) State Sales Tax is applied to the order. This tax is shown in the on-line order form, but must be calculated on the FAX or Mail order form. Customers outside the USA may be asked to pay an import duty or other similar tax upon their orders at the time of delivery. Taxes, duties and tariffs vary from country to country, but are usually low for CD and other recorded audio and video goods, and often, small CD orders are exempt from taxation.

Normal hours of operation at 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard USA Time. Messages pertaining to Zarex.com orders which are recorded by customers at Zarex.com are usually returned the same day.

DOES ZAREX.COM EVER REFUSE SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS?: Yes. Although Zarex.com rarely refuses service, Zarex.com retains the right to refuse service to any customer who has [a] offered false, bogus or stolen charge card information in payment for an order, [b] tendered a check in payment of an order which is refused by the issuing bank, [c] a history of abusing the product return policy, [d] had frequent incidents of lost or stolen merchandise at the delivery address, [e] been abusive to Zarex Corp. customer service personnel, or for any other reason.

DOES ZAREX EVER SEND ADVERTISEMENTS TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS?: Yes, but very rarely. By placing an order at Zarex.com, customers agree that they may receive occasional unsolicited email from Zarex.com. However, our email announcements to customers are infrequent. In the event any customer receives advertising email from Zarex.com and does not wish to receive it, we are happy to remove the customer from our email list when the recipient notifies us by email.

DOES ZAREX EVER SHARE MY CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?: No. Zarex.com does not share its customer information with any party or agency which is not owned by Zarex Corporation. Therefore, the privacy of our customers is assured.
